SAVINELLI NEW OSCAR RUSTIC 628 BRIAR PIPE
Savinelli · New Oscar Series · Rusticated Briar · Half-Bent Brandy · Acrylic Mouthpiece · 9 mm Drilling
The Savinelli New Oscar Rustic 628 Pipe features a Half-Bent Brandy shape with a rounded lower bowl, gently tapering upper section and gracefully curved black acrylic mouthpiece. The bowl is comparatively tall, giving this model a distinct profile within the New Oscar collection.
Its dark reddish-brown rusticated briar finish creates an irregular textured surface across the bowl and shank. A warm-toned decorative accent with silver-coloured trim marks the transition to the polished black acrylic mouthpiece.
The New Oscar Rustic series revisits the traditional Savinelli Oscar collection with pronounced rustication and a selection of established pipe shapes. The 628 model combines the classic Brandy bowl with a half-bent silhouette, distinguishing it from the straight designs in the same series.
Savinelli – Italian Pipe Making Since 1876
The Savinelli story began in Milan in 1876, when Achille Savinelli opened a specialist shop dedicated to pipes and smoking accessories. The family name would later become one of the most internationally recognised names in Italian pipe making.
Today, Savinelli is known for combining traditional Italian craftsmanship with an extensive range of classic shapes, finishes and designs, reflecting its long history in Italian pipe making.
