Without a doubt, the Rattray’s Glory Day Cap Olive Brushed Pipe is one of the brand’s most beloved creations. Originally inspired by a vintage S. Bang pipe spotted by designer Oliver Kopp more than a decade ago, this model has evolved into a true classic among collectors.

For the Rattray’s Glory Day Cap Olive Brushed Pipe, the formerly used silver ring has been replaced with a polished aluminum base, laser-engraved with a Celtic cross — a symbol of Rattray’s heritage and craftsmanship. Over the years, thousands of these pipes have found their way into the hands of enthusiasts around the world.

Following the Japanese Kaizen philosophy of continuous improvement, Rattray’s has refined the olive wood version once again: the shank is now fitted with a higher-quality accent, and the newly designed aluminum top adds modern precision to timeless aesthetics.

In the brushed finish, the pipe develops a rich, natural patina over time — especially along the treated edge of the aluminum cap — making every piece unique in its character and appearance.
