The Rattray’s Blower’s Daughter Sand 49 Pipe is a slender, elegant briar pipe inspired by the classic clay pipe shapes that were especially popular in 19th-century Europe. Its design reflects a minimalist tradition focused on pure smoking pleasure rather than ornamentation.
This pipe is designed primarily for finely cut tobaccos and offers a light, compact smoking experience. Thanks to its slim profile and relatively small bowl, it is deal for shorter, relaxed smoking sessions of approximately 10–20 minutes.
The straight shape and balanced proportions ensure comfortable handling, while the sandblasted briar gives the pipe a refined, understated appearance.
The smooth black acrylic stem completes the classic look and provides a pleasant, neutral mouthfeel.
The Blower’s Daughter series remains one of Rattray’s most distinctive lines, combining historical inspiration with modern craftsmanship. It is an excellent choice for pipe smokers who appreciate traditional forms, light pipes, and a
focused, uncomplicated smoking ritual.
