The Peterson Sherlock Holmes Rathbone Rustic Pipe is a distinctive Bent Billiard from Peterson’s celebrated Sherlock Holmes collection, combining a tall bowl with an elegant curved profile and a deeply rusticated briar finish.
The Rathbone was originally released as part of Peterson’s Return of Sherlock Holmes series. Its distinctive design combines elements inspired by the principal pipe shapes associated with actor Basil Rathbone during his famous portrayals of Sherlock Holmes.
The tall bowl and sweeping bend create an immediately recognizable silhouette. The deeply rusticated finish gives the briar a rugged, tactile surface and adds strong traditional character to this classic Peterson design.
A broad sterling silver band creates an elegant transition between the rusticated briar and the long black vulcanite mouthpiece, providing the traditional silver detailing characteristic of Peterson’s Sherlock Holmes pipes.
This model is fitted with a black vulcanite (ebonite) mouthpiece and features a standard 9 mm drilling for use with 9 mm activated charcoal filters.
